At Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling we have spent years perfecting our system and implementing ideas that would make your home remodeling project run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. We believe if you do the proper planning beforehand, it will eliminate most of the problems that may come up during the project. Below is a step by step process to help make your home remodeling journey a pleasant experience.

1. Scheduling Your Free Consultation: Fill out the "Please Contact Me" form on our website or call us to schedule your free, no obligation consultation.

2. First Consultation: Your first consultation with Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling will be extremely productive. We will listen to your needs and wants, take notes and write down your ideas, as well as give you design suggestions that will help make your space unique and serve its purpose at its best. We will take measurements and answer any questions that you may have about our company and/or our process.

4. Second Design Meeting: At the second design meeting the entire design plan will be presented to you. Colors, styles, finishes will be laid out before you and we will walk you through the entire design from start to finish. At this time we will fine tune anything that is needed and the design will be finalized.

6. Bid Preparation for Scope of Work and Contract: Once the design has been approved by you, we will prepare a detailed scope of work including the cost breakdown for the entire project. This will include each phase of the project broken down in detail, with the pricing and timeline. When the entire bid has been reviewed and approved, we will sign the Design and Remodeling agreement. The Design and Remodeling agreement will also contain a progress payment schedule that will outline when each payment will be made to Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling. At this point you will make a $1,000 deposit. In the state of California you have a three day cancelation period, if for any reason you change your mind and do not want to proceed with the project, your $1,000 deposit will be refunded.

7. The Fun Begins: Before starting the work, we will meet with you and the project superintendent on site. During this meeting we will discuss specific details such as, dust prevention, how to safe guard your pets, special concerns or requests, best location for the portable toilet and a safe place for material storage. You will receive the direct phone number to the project superintendent, so you can call him as questions may come up.

8. The Fun Continues: Your designer and the project superintendent will work closely together to make sure that all of the fine details are communicated to our professional craftsman. We will communicate with you constantly and keep you informed and updated on what has been completed and the overall progress of the project.

9. 100% Customer Satisfaction: At Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling we don’t consider our job completed until you are 100% satisfied. For this reason we schedule a quality control walkthrough with you. During this walkthrough we will make a list of any small items that may have been missed. Once the walkthrough is completed we will send out our professional craftsman to complete the project to your 100% satisfaction.
