Kaminskiy – Two Bathroom Remodels in La Jolla Ca | Bathroom Remodeling General Contractor 92037, 92039
Kaminskiy Construction Inc. has worked with the Shore Towers, Home Owner Association for several years now. Shore Towers is located in the heart of La Jolla Ca. When it came time to remodel their guest rooms, Shore Tower management knew exactly what company they wanted to use. They called Kaminskiy Construction Inc. and told us that they would like to make their guest rooms more pleasant for the guests that stay over while visiting La Jolla and San Diego County.
A Kaminskiy Construction Inc. estimator came out for a free, no obligation consultation and spoke with the manager and the board members in charge of the remodel. We took measurements and provided some great ideas for the design of the two guestroom bathrooms. Kaminskiy Construction Inc. was able to have the proposal ready within a matter of days. Once Shore Towers saw the proposal they were not surprised to see that the price was very competitive and the attention to detail in the proposal was much better than the other quotes that they have received. The contract was signed and all of the materials were ordered. Within 3 weeks we had all of the materials ready to be installed.
Kaminskiy Construction Inc. scheduled the project to commence the following week. One of the requests that Shore Tower Management had was to have the project completed as fast as possible with the minimum amount of delays. The reason being, that the guests were not able to use the only two guest rooms in the building. This is something that Kaminskiy Construction Inc. is used to. Having clients on a strict timeline and completing the project in record breaking timelines with extreme attention to quality and detail in every phase of the project.
We used 16”x16” porcelain tile with a diagonal lay on the floor and 6”x6” porcelain tile for the shower / tub walls. We installed a recessed 14”x16” shelf in the back wall to accommodate shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles. A very nice trim tile was installed at eye level to add depth and a nice design to the tile on the walls. Once the tile was installed all installed tile was grouted and sealed. The vanity cabinet was installed, it is a dark cherry color and looks very rich with the new tile. The new granite was installed with under-mount sinks. The granite looks absolutely stunning and flows very well with the new bathroom design. It has nice shades that tie in everything else in the bathroom.
When all of that work was finished it was now time to paint the bathrooms, install the toilet, install the cabinet hardware and install the finish trim kits for the showers and the faucets for the sinks. The bathrooms are now completed and look great. The Shore Tower Management and the guests are extremely pleased with the work and the timeliness of the entire project. Kaminskiy Construction Inc. once again completes a project on time and on budget and once again has a satisfied client.

Kaminskiy – Kitchen Remodel in Mira Mesa Ca | Kitchen Remodeling General Contractor 92126
We received a call from a potential client who lives in Mira Mesa, Ca the 92126 zip code. He mentioned to us that he is looking for someone to give him an estimate on a kitchen remodel project that he would like to have done. We scheduled a free, no obligation consultation to come out and evaluate the kitchen remodel, to see if we would be able to help him achieve exactly what he wanted. One of our estimators went to meet with the client to take measurements and see the existing kitchen. When the estimator met with the client he was very impressed because the client already knew exactly what he wanted and with a few minor suggestions from our estimator they were able to come up with a great kitchen design.
The meeting went really well and the estimator was able to put together a proposal for the kitchen remodel the following business day. Once the client saw the proposal he was pleasantly surprised by the competitive price and the detailed proposal that he received from Kaminskiy Construction Inc. The client and the estimator scheduled a time to sign the contract and get this job moving forward. They met for the second time and the estimator answered a few more questions for the client and they signed the contract.
Once the contract was signed, all of the materials needed to complete the kitchen remodel were ordered. Per the clients request Kaminskiy Construction Inc. needed to complete this remodel within 3 weeks, so the client would be able to entertain all of his guests on his birthday, in the newly remodeled kitchen.
When we received the news that all of the materials were in, the kitchen remodel project was scheduled immediately to make sure it was completed on or before our deadline. In order to achieve the design and layout that the client wanted, we needed to remove a bearing wall that was positioned to divide the kitchen and the family room. We installed a 7”x14”x18’ beam across the kitchen ceiling to support the second story floor joists. Once the beam was installed we finished it off with drywall. Not only did this new look, really add character to the new contemporary kitchen design that we were trying to achieve but it also more than doubled the size of the kitchen area, making it an entertainers paradise. Once the structural work was out of the way we installed 10 recessed lights throughout the kitchen, 1 pendent light and a hood / vent above the new island location. The A/C ducts were re-routed, boxed in and covered with drywall. Now it was time to install the kitchen cabinets. The cabinets have a real contemporary feel and flow very well with new kitchen.
Instead of painting an accent wall the clients design included installing dark hardwood planks on the wall to tie in with the hardwood planks that were installed upstairs. This look is original and looked absolutely fantastic. The tile that was installed on the floor is 6”x24” ceramic tile and was installed to look like hardwood floor planks (staggered). For the kitchen sink wall we installed glass tile that looks like the floor tile and has the same color tones as the floor tile and Cesar Stone countertops. Now it was time to have the countertops installed.
The countertops turned out looking very nice and the kitchen was really starting to come together. Now it was time to paint. All of the walls and ceiling and baseboards were painted the same white color which put out a beautiful contrast on the dark cabinets and the dark hardwood floor that was installed on the wall. After the painting was completed we installed all of the finish fixtures with the new outlets and switches. The appliances were now installed and the kitchen sink was connected. This kitchen came out absolutely gorgeous. The project was completed on time and on budget. Now our satisfied client will celebrate his birthday and be able to entertain all of his family and friends in the newly remodeled kitchen.
